When unopened, the food in the glass container will keep for up to 1 year—without needing to be refrigerated or frozen.

No. If the jar is unopened, you can simply store it at room temperature. Once opened, place the food in the refrigerator and feed it to your pet within 3–4 days.

Glass is the most natural packaging material there is—no plastic, no plasticizers, no bisphenol A. Your dog gets its food just the way it should be: fresh, pure, and unadulterated.

It’s best to do this gradually over 5–7 days—starting with a small amount of fresh food and gradually increasing the portion. This allows the digestive system to adjust gently. We’ll be there to guide you through the process.
