Terms and Conditions (T&C) for Oh My Dog!

Scope

These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Hive Ventures GmbH (operating under the brand “Oh My Dog!”) and customers who purchase products or subscriptions through our Shopify store.

Conclusion of the Contract

By placing an order in the Shopify store, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected product or to subscribe to a service. The contract is concluded when Hive Ventures GmbH accepts this offer by sending an order confirmation via email.

Products and Services

Detailed descriptions and prices of our products and services can be found on the respective product pages of our Shopify store.

Subscriptions

Our subscriptions for dog food and dog treats are automatically renewed and billed monthly until canceled by the customer or by Hive Ventures GmbH. Customers can cancel their subscriptions at any time before the next billing date to avoid renewal.

Prices and Shipping

All prices are listed in Swiss francs (CHF) and include the applicable value-added tax. Additional shipping costs are clearly communicated on the order page.

Payment Terms

Payments can be made by credit card, PayPal, Sofortüberweisung, or other methods listed on the payment page.

Delivery

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer within Switzerland. Partial deliveries are permitted and will be communicated.

Notification of Defects and Right to File a Complaint

Customers must inspect products immediately upon receipt and report any obvious defects within 48 hours. If the customer fails to meet this deadline, their right to a warranty for these defects expires.

Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of Hive Ventures GmbH until full payment has been made.

Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to cancel the contract within 30 days. The period begins upon receipt of the goods.

All content on our website is protected by copyright and may not be copied or otherwise used without our express written consent.

Disclaimer

Liability for slight negligence is excluded, except in cases of breach of material contractual obligations, damages resulting from injury to life, limb, or health, or claims under the Product Liability Act.

Privacy

Customers’ personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Final Provisions

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
